I have done some searching but am unable to find any pointers, besides LvL5 missions where I can accumulate these CN insignia. Would anyone know which agent/faction would be best to mission for to get them. I am not concerned about standings with caldari navy.

In faction missions for Gallante or Minmatar.

Have been running lvl4's for Fed Intel but don't get many faction missions. Maybe its just my agent.

There simply aren't all that many anti-Caldari L4s. Try L3s or perhaps join the Gallente militia?

How much PvP is involved in joining the militia? Besides never doing it.. I sadly don't get the time to get involved in it. Hour or 2 every other day is all I get. I really just want to find a better way to get the stuff out the LP store without having to buy all the tag's Big smile

i've only just gotten back into the game recently from a 2 year break and looking through my inventory ive got a bucket load of caldari navy insignia's of various ranks... my question is what the hell do i do with them?

if you're not planning to run missions, just sell them in Jita.
