Overheating mods nerfed???

Me and my corpmates are all experiencing the same: we can only overheat for a very short while since latest patch.....
After 1 cycle of Overheating my mwd is at 38% damage already, and I have thermodynamics at 4. normally I could cycle it for 3 or 4 times before I get that amount of damage.
