I know in my country when an idea of a new tax is imposed people sometimes get to lynching, but before everybody starts getting their laser whips hear me out. At the alliance level a percentage tax should be implemented by the executive Corporation. When setting up or altering an alliance an option should be made if there will be privileges on tax increase/decrease or if it is the sole decision of the executive Corporation. If so desire this tax can be set at zero. Fund from alliance transactions would be transferred into desired Corporation wallet.


Of course this is just a start of an idea there would have to be some protocols and options when dealing with something like this. It is kind of like having the difference between a democratic alliance and a dictatorship alliance when thinking in terms of the corporations having input on taxes.
