You will be involved with the structuring and the development of a new PVP company. You will primarily be involved in recruiting new personnel and in their supervision, management, training, tactics and battle fleet commanding. You will also be involved in all the other aspects of the company such as finance, policies, research, personnel management and administration. You will be paid according to your given rank and you will be eligible for promotions through your successful leadership.

Company Ambitions:
TIN mission is to protect and serve its allies from piracy and hostile aggressions. TIN’s ambitions is to become a large “military inspired” PVP unit. It is suppose to be run with a in real life military fashion with a Chain of Command, Ranks, Positions, Orders, Procedures, Regulation where its employees is being paid for server as members in the unit. In the beginning the unit will focus on targeting pirate corporations in certain low-sec areas to stabilize the security allowing our allies to operate in such areas. Then later as the unit grows we will create an alliance which will use the unit to become its main military arm then seek for a refuge, a sanctuary in null-sec from where the alliance will become its own state and TIN will guard and expand its borders.

My Ambitions:
I want to make a large alliance organized and structured in a way much comparable how the existing NPC empires are run I know this it not a original idea but what is that all corporations that I will be involved with creating and all corporations that will be seen as a government agency/corporation/organization will have a primary goal to not have anyone in the corp without them being paid if they are providing a service or products making sure the members earn more working for me than working solo or working in other corporations. To my help I have an IRL education of small business management and economics and I am continuing my education going towards a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Industrial Economics. I consider myself fair and persistent and when I make decisions I have spent a lot of thinking about it before coming to the decision going through a lot of the aspects of the issue. What I expect from the people around me is: Honesty, respect and patience.
