To make things more interesting, I propose adding a feaure that lets you see who else has killrights on an individual.

Imagine it. Lets say player A has killrights on Player X. He right clicks in killrights, clicks something like "See other rights had"

and sees a list of players who also have kill rights on X if any. They contact each other and all decide to go after X.

That would make things interesting, especially in the shady universe of EvE. It would give a new meaning to your past catching

up with you.
