Im having an issue on a couple accounts were the Covert Ops cloak is not having its CPU requirement reduced. I already sent in a "when we get to it we get to it" petitions but no reply so far. So just wondering if its a ME problem or an Eve probem.

Hmmm, I didn't see the problem on my Cheetah last night. Which ship are you specifically having problems with? All recons? Just one in particular?

keeps saying I need 100 cpu but both toons are recon 4 so should get a 99% reduction but alas no.

On a side note, there is something 'twitchy' about ships moved in contracts. I had contracted a ship to an alt and then contracted it back and the fittings wouldn't work. I had to save the fitting and then strip the ship and remount the parts to make it work.
