hi guys, im stuck in a wormhole (j210750) and i have a bonus ready for the one that can get me out. i hope it's a direct highsec because i really need one of those... i am stuck in a c5 with a probable static c5. if there isnt a direct high then i can get a scan alt of mine in and go from there. no problems as long as i can get my scan alt and this char together.

http://www.wormnav.com/base/findforme.php

http://staticmapper.com/index.php?system=J210750

you can contact this char (not ingame) or contact karl kopalnia (ingame) if u have more info. tyvm

If the system is unoccupied and you manage to get yourself out via the connecting C1, then I'd be happy to reimburse your efforts in exchange for some access bookmarks.

Good luck getting out :-)

I guess I am almost a 'vet' by now. Hopefully not too bitter and managing to help more than I hinder. I build and sell many things, including large collections of bookmarks.

there lies the problem, i cant scan my way out because i dont have a probe launcher fitted. i got stuck because my ceo told that it was good to go in order to try and collapse a hole... the bad thing was is that were had a low-end mass of a c5 and he miss calculated or mis judged it and now im stuck and crying for help Sad

lol... there was something wrong with the mass calculations. nothing to do with launchers fitted and stuff like that... someone else calculated and everybody can make a mistake. np i will get out eventually. hopefully one of u will find the way in to j210750.

Collapsing whs without a probe launcher is always a good idea.

Ouch. No doubt you will receive lots of 'advice' and jibes about this, but I doubt there's anyone who has spent more than a few minutes in w-space who has never found themselves stranded like that.

I don't fit probe launchers to my collapsing ships, but do have a covops prober cloaked on the far side. He's watching for attackers and providing the insurance you were lacking. When the (usually) orca is making the last jump home the prober jumps alongside at the same time.

Good luck.

yes... i recieve those advices... thanks you all for that.
what i really want is a way in for my scout or a better option, a way out into direct high.
second, i tought about bringing the scout in aswell just incase... too late for that now.
now i just hope that someone find me a way out or get me a way in... i even posting this thread in local and hopefully someone will help me out here.

i never been stuck before btw. and i do know the rules of wormholing... just this time i trusted someone that had done this more than me and by his calculations the wh wasnt half massed when i got back so a 2nd run would be possible... i allready made a petition and got an awnser aswell... this wormhole was at the low end of total mass... im still woundering why it didnt half massed like it should, we double checked it twice btw.

Something else to keep in mind when collapsing wormholes; just because a wormhole is supposed to have a certain maximum mass limitation ( i.e. X702 = 1b total mass) doesn't mean that it will actually have that amount- there can be up to 10% +/- variation (iirc).

Also keep in mind the number of possible unknown jumps from other pilots.

Have you posted in the Locator service of WormNav? Many w-space divers/dwellers use that tool, and a big banner pops up when a pilot jumps into a system with a locator request.

I too had my experiences being on the wrong side of a collapsed wormhole, with the first time being without a probe launcher....sometimes lessons are best learned the hard way hehehe. I now have a scorpion and a hic fitted specifically for collapsing wormholes; both include a probe launcher, cloak and BS prop mods......oh, and probes!!!

Anyways, best of luck getting out with pod/ship.

When we are on teh topic of being shut out of wormholes....

Did anyone else notice that shrink effects are now delayed by like 3-4 seconds after a jump is made instead of happening instantly?

I ALMOST shut myself out 3 times the other day due to this.

I'm sorry... if there is nothing wrong with your launchers fitted, then why can't you scan your way out?
