2 Billion bond @ 8% Interest fully Collateralized (Closed)

Hello when I first started playing EvE I found out about the player market and went straight into it. After a few mistakes I now get the jest of it and making a profitable return. I will use the bond to increase how much I can buy and expand my trade.

I understand that trust is a hard thing to give in this game so the bond will be fully collateralized. I will let my investors choose the 3rd party as long as he or she has a good reputation and people can vogue for them or has good forum history so I can read up on them. Since I am letting the investors choose the third party the return percent will be at 8% no crazy high 10-15%. We both want to make money out of this I'm not doing it just for kicks and giggles I want to make isk and not need any bonds in the future. The collateral will be my BPO's which I plan on researching in the future but I don't want to sell them then have to buy them back later on I rather just put them up as collateral so I can increase my trading faster.

Length of the Bond.
The bond will last for 2 months. Interest will be paid out monthly and the full return of the investment at the end of the second month. I will begin once the bond as soon as it is filled.

What I do.
I am a regional trader I have alts in different areas of space so I can easily find lower priced goods and then bring them to Jita to sell for more. I also do station trading at Jita.

Bond Pricing.
Each share will be priced at 200mil but I would rather have just one investor. Send the isk to this character post it on here and I will confirm.

I will take it and only ask for 4%. My choice of third party would be VV or RAW32 if he is doing third party stuff.

Edit: for clarification - all of it :)

Edit 2: i am assuming we are talking in monthly interest rates, since you didnt specifically state it.

I will be willing to be 3rd party on this. My only condition is: I get to put 500 mill into the bond itself. The interest will be my compensation for being 3rd party surety.

Am I missing something, have you listed which bpo's

Has you ever went so far as chose to go even use want to look more like do?

Yes interest will be paid out monthly, it was under bond length.

They are BC bpo's. If the research is free then yes please. If not then no.

This is what we'll do:

Magnu transfer funds to me.

Kaniena sets up contract for total bond price (2 billion) containing the collateral.

I'll accept transferring the funds and acquiring the collateral.

As to research, no cost.

If you set up the contract at a lab station, things will be much faster!

At the end of two months, I will set up a contract with the collateral at a price of 2 billion principle plus 160 million interest.

120 million belongs to Magnu, 40 million to me.

I've added you both as contacts to keep you posted. Do to rl work and such we can make the transfer and begin on the 1st February and end on the 1st of April. Also just one more thing, because the interest will be paid with the contract at the end of 2 months I just want to make sure thats ok with Mangu Stormhawk since I already told him that interest would be paid monthly.

I think it would be safe to say that a day or two early with the contract is not untoward. It will also give me some time to make sure that the collateral amounts is acceptable.

Also overlooked is specifics on the collateral. If you like you can evemail me what you'll be using as collateral or you can post it here. Realize that, which is an ongoing realization in another thread, that while a loan may be 100% collateralized collateral is not going to be 100% equal to the loan amount. Of course given that you've offered bpo's as collateral the "value" is more stable than most other forms the weighted value is still not going to be 100%.
