Here is what I offer:
74m SP combat character, can fly all subcap combat ships - currently learning caps as well.
Maximum skills for ships like Recons, Logistics - I like flying logis and SB's but enjoy plain old BC fleets too.
Has live in NPC and SOV 0.0 before.
Experience of fleets of all sizes.
Wanting to be an active community member.
Despite experience in 0.0 PVP, I'm wanting to learn more (there is allot I need to learn!) and pass on what I do know to others.
14m SP Industry alt who can also fly Logi's.
Generally only play at weekends - will play during the week if there are fleets up, which is what I don't get at the moment.
Willing to change either characters skill plans to suit the goals of the corp/alliance.
Don't need hand outs. I have enough ISK to get by.
Not an tard - I can follow FC's orders and do my best not to screw up.

Here is what I'd like in a corp:
SOV holding, PVP corp/alliance. Cool alliance logo is helpful but not a requirement
Guys who don't take themselves to seriously and also understand wife aggro.
Ability to log in and get in a corp or alliance fleet at most times of the day - can be large or small, I don't care, I just want to be able to get play the game.
A Corp/Alliance with goals, do deployments etc.
Community - I want a corp/alliance which isn't just a bunch of people who sit in TS silently or have communication issues.
Corp or Alliance JF Service - Not a need but certainly makes life cheaper!
Alliance SRP for at least Logis.
Would prefer not to join a pet alliance. Last among equals is fine though ;).
Last but not least, the cheesy but important place to call home. I'd like a corp I can stick with for the long term and be part of. I don't care if I'm just a grunt, but a happy grunt is what is important to me.

I'm not interested in:
High sec, WH, NPC 0.0, FW or Low Sec corps/alliances.
Merc corps - I don't have the real life time.
