CTRL+Double Click on Target in Overview No Longer Approaches?

The ability to CTRL+Double click a target on your overview to approach the target no longer works.

Background:

Prior to a recent patch, when you CTRL+Doubleclicked a target on your overview, you would approach the target. While obviously leading many an unobservant player to break alignment and end up dead, it also had the distinct advantage for those of us in quicker ships to launch at targets and orchestrate decloaks.

The procedure now is to select the target on the overview, and then spam Q to approach, while also spamming full speed. I understand the need to move around commands and such, but did it really have to be made so annoying to do?

Where as previously I could spam CTRL-Click the target to approach it and then focus on keeping my speed full, I now have to CTRL+Click PLUS spam Q PLUS focus on keeping my speed full.

Was this an intended feature? If so, why was it not mentioned in any of the devblogs? (Forgive me if it was, I have clearly just been unobservant if such is the case).

A fix to this would be appreciated as it is quite annoying to have EVERY covert ship slip into a system we have locked down just because a game function has stopped working suddenly.

I've never tried using CTRL + double click in the overview to aproach a target, but have you tried just double clicking, without the CTRL, that's what i usualy do to aproach
