No , we are not gonna move you in , this is your job. Rent is paid on a monthly basis , if we see you are serious you can get special terms. There is no deposit and refinery tax is usually 0 to 10% , depends on the corp running it so i cannot say for all. If at war it depends on the scale of it. Say hostiles come in once a day to reinforce the system and go out u will not get reimbursed unless we actually loose the sov. If hostiles stay for longer periods it can be discussed , but usually that is not the case. Rules are simple : u get access to all stations and bridges , exclusive rights on system u rent and that is it. U cnanot do naything outside your system and can do anything inside it.
