Personally, I can't stand these:

Asymmetrical Punisher

wtf is this even for?

Symmetry on 3D models is very hard to see from anything but an exact 2D perspective. Anytime you are using a 3D perspective, the 3D View perspective makes things seem out of wack, depending on the angle you are viewing it at. Personally, I'd say you're being ultra-picky on that Punisher. It may actually be slightly displaced, (just like the thrusters above it), but it would only be out by a very small amount if it was.

That thing on the front of the Ragnarok only serves one purpose. The model would look crazy stupid without it. Notice the dish-like curve to the bottom of the model from that perspective? That thing is there to disrupt it. That's it.

Of course, that's just my perspective, but I have a feeling I'm right on the money.

Um ... what's asymmetrical about the Punisher? Are you sure it doesn't just look odd because of the angle of the camera?

I'm sure, I've looked it over several times from different angles. There's two little engines on the underside and they aren't even What?

The asymmetry Berendas mentions is worse on the Retribution and Vengeance. Here's to hoping that this will be corrected with the V3 of Amarr and Minmatar ships.

It is a small and easily overlooked and barely noticeable thing, but little details do add up to polished and well-attended ship models.
