Since I have been gone from the 3rd party world for a little bit I think its time to get my name back out there.

Prize:
1x Hulk

Details:
There will be 30 tickets at a cost of 5 Million Isk per ticket. Everyone will be limited to 1 ticket per person. Why? I am auctioning off a Hulk at less then the current value of the ship and one person could buy out all the tickets. I plan on doing this old fashioned you send the ISK and pick your number. If the number is taken I will give you the option of a new number or a refund. Please send money to me with reason MINER_02. Any amount different then 5 million isk will be returned.

Why am i doing this?
Simple, I wanted to get my name back out there, build my reputation and give one miner access to a nice new hulk. All i ask is that the winner post in my 3rd party thread.

Why is this secure?
If you check out my 3rd party thread located at Lokeesha's 3rd Party you will see that in the past I i have done several lotteries.

I dont need the Isk and to entice the offer. First person who buys a ticket gets 3 numbers. The next 4 get to choose 2 numbers.

That gives the first ticket holder a 1 in 10 chance for a hulk for 5 mil! The next 4 get a 1 in 15 chance for 5 mil.

To Make this a little more interesting. I have decided that this Lottery will finish within a week and a winner will be announced.

How will this be done? When the auction ends [At TBA] I will fill all remaining spots with people who have already bought a ticket in order of who bought the ticket.

As an example, If no other tickets sell #2 would be given to one spot and #3 would be given to Hardrock Miner and so on down the line repeating until all numbers are filled. I will give everyone 24 hours to preview their additional numbers then the dice will be unlocked.

That being said there is still one double ticket available. 5 mil will get you 2 numbers.
