Looking to buy an Amarr / Gallente Carrier pilot with the following minimum skills:

AttentionRacial Carrier IV
AttentionFighters I
AttentionJDO IV (Would prefer V with JDC at IV)
AttentionCapital modules to III (Local + remote reps)

What I'm not looking for:

AttentionCharacters with Industry
AttentionCrosstrained characters
Attention'Holding' characters

I have a budget of 12bn and will be able to provide the ISK within 24hours.

No jumps skills but alot more than what you asked for and also 1.9 mil SP available to allocate if you want those too.

RR has a day left to 5. Cap RR can begin after.

Has Logi 5 as well, so TLC is trainable.

Can fly a Guardian, Legion, and Revelation
