CONCORD Killmails

Also proposed before, in various forms, but I would really like to see a 'killmail' for people that were shot by CONCORD given to the initial person which was aggressed. Killmail is in quotes because it may be different from normal killmails, as it should be clear that the aggressor was not really killed by the aggressed but by CONCORD. So maybe it should be labeled a 'Justicemail'

It would open up a new style of play where people would bait gankers or others into aggressing. Surviving a gank attempt is an achievement and it should be given recognition.

Recognition in the form of badges and trophies are a necessity in today's games and online experiences. EVE needs to catchup on this front. Less RMT, more achievements and bragging rights.

Do people really gank freighters without enough DPS to do the job before CONCORD gets there?
