Does anyone happen to have an api structure that supports TS3, forum, killboard, and website based on a microsoft OS?

Server details:

OS: Windows 2003
Webserver: IIS6
Database: MySQL

Preferances: .NET 3.5 or .NET 4,0 compliant

This is not what you are after but these 3 items will allow you to do everything you want though PHP and MySql.
