Interesting turn of events.

Have two separate clients that I use frequently.

I patched the first, and then applied the second patch. Closed EVE, restarted and splash screen appears.

Splash Screen disappears, and EVE Icon sits in the Dock at the bottom of my Desktop while the grey bar at the top of my Desktop says EVE Online.

But no EVE login screen or anything appears. Its like EVE is running but is not visually apparent, can move mouse, click on other programs or items on my desktop, all at very reduced opening time and slow mouse speed. Its like EVE is running, but I just can't see it.

Any one else experiencing these problems?

EDIT: This is ridiculous, I can't understand why this has happened. Any ideas why the login screen isn't appearing?

yes happend to me yesterday after a really bad client crash that forced me to restart the mac using the powerbutton (many other report crashes with either freezes and cmd+alt+esc still working or crashes to desktop, which happens to me too since crucible).

Generally in this situation I just re-download the new client and wipe out the old one and start over. It's worth the hassle to avoid the crashes and weirdness.

Although I have to say that this hasn't happened to me for a while, since pre-Dominion, but I have had it happen.
