Crazy idea regarding missions/incursions

Ok over brekfast I was thinking how CCP want and need to make this game more new player friendly. With the whole arguments about incursions rewarding more LP then missions yada yada a crazy idea hit me.

Why not make missions reward SP's as well as LP's!

This will surely get trolloled to hell and back but it would make missions viable again, maybe even a way to get people doing lvl 5 missions again, lureing them into low sec thus creating a turn over in the market, as inevitably, people would loose ships to pirates etc.

The old players will probubly say its not fair. But if its open to every player isnt it by thier own choice wether to use the content or not?

Like i said crazy idea but throwing it out there to be ripped apprat by the dogs P

and the problem you are trying to fix is?

it's bad enough having to do PvE to earn isk without having to do it to get SP extras

also - people do not move sec because of rewards elsewhere. They play in the sec that suits their gameplay style. Better rewards elsewhere just causes jealousy, rage and posting rubbish on the forums

I don't think too many people will be caught out. Some people may get really, really angry though. If that happens, I'll give you an 8/10.

And next time please eat you breakfast before you start thinking/posting and maybe you will figure out that the current SP system is one of EVEs strengths. There are plenty of other games out there if you really want to grind some XP.

The problem is that, for every troll, there are 10 people who are so stupid they actually think the same thing for real.

In the end, it's just easier to treat even the most horrendous troll as if it were real, because you know there are always those who'd say the same thing without actually trolling.

mmm... let's introduce grinding for XP into eve shall we!

Now if I want to build characters to sell on the bazaar I'll have to constantly run missions to keep up with the competition.

Now corps will yell at me to grind more missions before I join because they REALLY need another Logi pilot.

In fact, let's remove eve's SP system entirely and give you skill points based on how many rats you shoot. This is definitely a good thing.
