Well I wouldn't put much more thought into the subject because you clearly do not have what the roll needs

If kissing ass to people I normally can't stand and want nothing to do with is needed for the role, then yes, probably, you're quite right.

I still want ideas though, as stated in my OP:

How to revamp lo-sec, bring back the genuine risk to hisec whilst preparing beginners to face it properly, and general empire-space PvP.

Plus ideally, ways to ensure Mittani and his ilk keep their grubby paws out of worm-space, just because someone else's end-game is different from his/theirs.

Being court-Jester to the 1337-sters' clueless, befuddled, and half-insane Lear is much more fun, besides Twisted

(And I can visit Iceland on my own time, as well. For reasons that--shock! Horror!--have nothing at all to do with EVE, imagine that!)
