Downsizing my eve accts so this guy needs a new owner. Awesome small ship specialist, makes for a great alt if your establised...or a good starting main for someone looking for a non bear char.

Buyout not yet accepted .... char is still on the market and if the seller chooses to accept an offer highjer than the BO price he or she can. Also CCP rules. Bid higher or whine some place else Lol
