When I click the "Chat" button I get nothing of use. Which means, when I shrink a stack of channels without a "non-closable" it vanishes and the only option for retrieving it is via CTRL+TAB. The attached link is to a screenshot of what I get when I try the "Chat" button.

This is bad.
