Incursions - Change the payout from ISK to some in game item

There has been a lot of talk about how much ISK is being generated by incursions, if they balances risk/reward, and if they are bad for the economy.

Why don't incursions pay out with in game items (LP, tags, Tribbels instead of ISK?

Reasons why this makes sense . . .

1) It goes along with the rest of Eve PvE content. Except for null-sec anoms, a significant portion comes from in games items that must be converted into ISK via the market.
The payout from L5 missions comes mostly from the LP payout (which requires a side industry to convert).
The payout from L4 missions comes in a great part from salvage and LP (depends upon the particular mission and system security of course).
The payout from exploration comes almost completely from selling on the market (sure there are some ship bounties, but not much).

1a) In order to convert the LP, tags, salvage into ISK you have to use the market, which creates more opportunities for market PvP and makes the game generally more involved and interesting. I don't want CCP needs to give Eve an “Easy Button”

2) It would provide some "balance" to incursions. Because every other form of PvE is tied to some market commodity. When it is over farmed, the market saturates, the value of the farmed commodity drops, and the PvE activity becomes less profitable in terms of ISK/hour. At some point people move on to other activities. Because incursion payout is based mostly on ISK, there is no "commodity" whose value can drop. There is no market driven force that can correct for the over-saturation of Incursion payouts (other than ISK inflation of course).

What could the payouts be? I don’t care, more of the same LP, a new LP store, new items, Caldari Navy Invul fields. I don’t care, anything but pure ISK.

My personal preference would be to decrease the ISK payout by a factor of 10 and then increase the LP payout to compensate. Remove the ability to exchange Concord LP with faction LP (other than Faction Navy LP) and add some new items to the Concord store.
Lots of possibilities have been suggested before, here are some of my favorites . . .
a) BPC for new items/ships!!!! (I know this is a lot of work on CCP part so it’s probably not going to happen).
b) T1 BPOs? Remove them from NPCs and move them to Concord LP?
c) Concord Highly Compressed Minerals tm (maybe 5-10x the compression of drone minerals)
d) “Advanced Core Skills” skill books. Example: Advanced Energy Management – Increases Capacitor Capacity by 1% per level.
e) Moon Materials from Concords Secret Stash.
f) Anything else that can be traded on the Market/Contract System. NOT ISK!!!!

All of these require player interaction with the Market and would eventually reach an equilibrium where people need to decided if they want to run Incursions or choose some other form of PvE

Eh, I just keep hearing that incursions are screwing up the market.

So yeah pay out incursions in only LP. Then they'd have to spend LP and isk to get items out of the LP store to sell for a profit again.

This way the carebears would have to do SOMETHING besides run incursions to get the isk for the LP store.

Let's turn this out of control isk faucet to a slightly less out of control isk sink.

I honestly think PoCo based sov is a good idea https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=1417544
