'Free Wrecks' is a matchmaking service where you as a potentual mission runner or salvager seek your perfect match. Take your time. You are welcome to ask in channel for free. You don't even have to take up an offer from a missioner or salvager from the many and greatful players. Mission Runners from all corners of eve online seek to meet salavegers to clear the many and various wrecks left behind . 'Free Wrecks' is one such a ingame channel and is widely known to have introduced many mission runners to salvagers. The concept of 'Free Wrecks' in Eve online is a fairly recent phenomenon but finding such a service is years old. In the beginning of 'free Wrecks' it was very daunting to travel around New Eden and Empire because of the shortage of salvagers caring for mission runners, with such a service. But nowadays you can travel through these regions and get to know each other without the inconveniences and discomforts of the past ( ninja salvagers).

thansk to everyone for keeping the channel going.

and just incase anyone is curious.. did 2 missions a day till i got 200k m3 in mission loot to refine. made around 500m isk :) yook me about a month so... if a slavager can do say 7k m3 ( 50% more than what i got easily) loot a day he or she will make enough isk to play free, plus salvage ontop.

If this is legit I like the idea.

This introduces newer players to the concept that solo play sucks and group play is many times better. And even better it gives them a chance to stay in game if they are hesitant on paying the 15 a month or so.

I have for the past year been recruiting salvagers out of the free wrecks channel. I remember a time when somebody was doing level 5s and asked me to salvage. I said yes and made amazing isk from the drone alloys. These days I notice very few people offer salvage out of the channel so I have been doing my best to keep people busy with salvage jobs.
