When a CO is attacked, EVERYONE in the corp should NOT receive a notice to that effect, there should be some kind of role filtering who gets those notifications JUST like pos mods or the pos itself doesn't broadcast to EVERYONE that it's there and owned by the corp.

as long as everyone who has goods in the CO gets a notification in future i am fine with the change :)

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value
