REPORTING OFFICER: HELLKYTE

CROMINAL: LONE STAR INDUSTRIES

SUGGESTED FINE: 5-10 bil in Reactor Products and other confiscated goods.

DESCRIPTION OF EVENT BY OCIFER:

Lone Star Industries has been found guilty of not fueling their POS towers in time for the patch. At least 3 reaction towers were discovered in the ILLEGAL state of being unfueled in the Gultratren system. Local police ocifers were quickly dispatched to investigate.

Upon investigation and confirmation of the ILLEGAL state of their POS's all silos, laboratories, and reactors were immediately destroyed and all products were confiscated awaiting trial.

Additionally, a number of Falcons, Scorpions, and other pvp ships were found within the POS. Ownership of aggressive and dangerous tools such as this WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. The ships were confiscated awaiting trial.
