OK so im used to playing eve with 2/3 characters on the go and just hitting the windows key and swapping between them when i need to and be able to do everything from guitar pro to one note over eve by playing it on FIXED WINDOW mode.
since im using a 32" TV as my monitor i tend to have the UI at 125% and all that jazz

ANYWAY my problem is when i start the game or try to swap to fixed windows to play the way im used to eve zooms in and i get the top left hand corner horribly pixelated and when i hit escape i can only just about see the screen options to swap it back to full screen mode and it works fine.

this has only started happening since the patch yesterday i have already cleared the cache reinstalled and got sick of it so if anyone can offer up a fix id be really grateful.
