No ingame Windows after 1.1 Patch

I do not have any ingames windows after installing the patch 1.1
They seemed to be there, because the cursor changes when i'm moving around the game.
when i open windows sometimes the frames are visible.
When i press ESC for entering the settings, the whole picture is getting darker, but no settings window appears. Because mousecursor change, i know it is there ^^
Parts of the new taskbar are only not visible. my avatar and the "E". SOmetimes it flashes up

I tried reinstall with profile reset, with a new profile i see overview and everything that is on screen by default. as soon o open a new window or try to move an open window i'm back in this strange behavoiur.

Please help. eve is unplayable that way -.-

A similar bug was in an bigger update a few month ago. didnt know which exactly. but it fixes with a patch. And now again....
