Hi guys,

I'm looking for a starting toon really. I would prefer a toon that has no wasted training, i.e no trade / industry skills or caldari with super high drone skills.

Preference is Mimitar>Amarr>Gallente=Caldari

Negative sec status is not an issue as long as the station that the char is docked at contains a medical facility.
