Undocked but all I see is cursor and black screen w/ music, logout/in, see no ui now

I can hit esc and see the settings.

I've cleared cache, reset all settings, nothing doing.

I no longer see any ui, except for a notification of how many emails I have.

Gfx card; 8800GT - drivers uptodate
win 7 x64
