I can't minimize now to the bottom of the screen? How do I change that back?

It's called Windows 7, get used to it.

I for one like it as I find myself having several minimized items that I want to keep minimized but will often accidentally click and then have to re-minimize cause the minimized bars at the bottom were so small and pushed together.

It's also great for the guys that use windowed mode and have the bottom cm or so covered by the taskbar in Windows.

The icons of the minimized windows are appearing on the neocom instead of the bottom of the screen. I think it's great.

Agreed, it's pointless to have them in multiple locations. Although to be fair, it would be nice to have an option to leave the minimized windows at the bottom like it used to.

You get that and I want my old style probing back.. you know the one where you had to place bookmarks with the help of celestials and then drop the probes and hit scan every 5 minutes up to an hour till you got a hit... Cool

Heh that's a bit different... Dysfunctional gaming mechanic vs more options for an intuitive UI. And yes, to me that sounds like the mechanic used to be completely broken for probing.

It is horrible for me... it is adding an extra step to looking to the many chat windows I keep up to see if a single seperate one is blinking!

IT IS HORRIBLE now I can't seperate the blinking stacks & if I remove the chat icon then I have to hit the damn cntrl tab button to look for the damn thing again
