Just probing for interest; but if someone were to set up a Rifter PvP tournament, would anyone be interested?

Basic Details:

There would be an entrance fee, probably somewhere between 2-10 million
The Rifter hull would be provided, and you could customize it to your tastes, within certain guidelines (No deadspace/ officer mods, nothing costing over x amount, etc)
There would be different brackets, (1 v 1, 3 v 3, etc) and you could enter solo, as a group, etc.
The Prize would be a large sum of Isk or something worth a lot (Probably a billion or more) with second and third place getting cool prizes as well


Would this generate interest? Are there things that you could change to make it more interesting (besides the ship, it'd have to be rifters. I don't have a surplus of any other ship laying around, lol)
