They're awesome. Don't change.

I also miss the old Moa.

We need to revisit the design of every ship in eve. Every ship is completely unrealistic with the exception of the imicus, the helios, and the old moa. This aesthetic sweeping design fallacy is just utterly jarring and ruins the whole experience. Look at the hurricane. are you kidding me? In what universe is a triangle a functional method of space transportation? you may not like it, but the above three ships are the ideal functional ship hull. They are what peak performance looks like.

There is not one single ship in EvE that would survive the rigors of life in space. When dealing with stresses from the pressurization needed to support human life, or to deal with pressures from the outside corners are the weakest points in a structure or ships hull. And yet because of the way these things work stress is concentrated at the corners where the hull is the weakest, that is why in real life things like the international space station, commercial aircraft and submarines are essentially tubular in shape with rounded ends. I can see the comments now EvE is not real life and they are right EvE is a fantasy world set in the space going future. And since this is a fantasy we can eliminate all of this real life drudgery and simply let our creative minds run wild knowing that we have things like force fields or other fantasy items to overcome the inherent weaknesses of our designs. And in this fantasy future we are free to have ships shaped however we want them to be.

And that gets me back to a redesign of the Imicus and Helos hulls why?
Fek Mercer is not the only player I know that likes the hull design on these ships. If you do not like them there are other ships in the game that perform the same function so fly those instead.

The helios is ugly as sin. The celestis as well. CCPlz, nobody wants to fly a tumor.

I can't believe they redesigned things like the thrasher first before the imicus and celestis. Should have started with the uglies.
