Been a while since I've created bookmarks to give to another player.

Open up 'People & Places' and select the 'Places' tab to show a list of all your Bookmarks. Hold down the shift key on your keyboard and drag the location listing to your cargohold or station items hangar which should then turn it into a viable object which can then be ejected / dropped into a can or traded in station to another character for pick up.

To add a Bookmark from another character to your own saved locations, open 'People & Places', select 'Places' and drag the Bookmark to the 'Places' tab. That should add the location to your list of Bookmarks.

You can sort the Bookmarks according to their jump distance by clicking the top of the 'Jump' column in that list. All Bookmarks in that current system will then be at the top of the list highlighted in green to separate them from all the other Bookmarks.

While in that system you can access those Bookmarks with the right-click menu in space. Only the Bookmarks for that current system will show up in the right-click menu.

Any reason why you shift-drag? I've always just dragged.
