You can see it here Screenshot

what your seeing is called rain meter and it's just supposed to float on my wallpaper, it's never been visible from inside eve before.

If I were to alt tab over to eve now I wouldn't be able to see anything at all, because this website is behind eve and eve is transparent, if I click on "show desktop" then bring eve up, I can see mostly everything except the rain meter you see in the screen shot.

I've googled around and all I can turn up is people asking how to make individual windows inside of eve transparent.

That would be something to ask the makers or users of rainmaker I suppose. I assume it's rainmaker pushing itself in front of the Eve client, not the Eve client becoming transparent for the rainmaker window.

Nah I've had rainmaker for months without this problem, and other things like chrome are also blocking EVE if I don't minimize them.

Fixed Window is my prefered mode in which this is happening.

But setting it to full screen seems to be the cure.
No transparency in full screen.

I would prefer to play with fixed window though.
