Agency not giving rewards

I was one of many who did not get credited points for Agency missions run. The response to my ticket was that they are working on it but cannot reset missions or add back points. Ugh Okay, I thought. Working the kinks out and I still have enough time to earn enough points.
Then I earned the Tank Booster at 190 points. Didn't receive it. The response to my ticket was that they are working on it but cannot reset missions or add back points. (I know, you told me that before, but what about rewards? Still waiting on a response.) Cry

In two or three days I should have earned my Tengu Skin. I'm sorta seeing a pattern here that's sad. Sad

Have you bug reported it?

I have the same issues and I did the same as you and raised a support ticket, the GM said to raise a bug report as they are having problems tracking down the issue and need all the data they can get.
