Gas Mining and Alpha Clone Issue

can someone please tell me for certain if alpha clones are locked to only using 1 gas miner on a venture? My friend is getting a strange message when she tries to activate the second gas module...

"Gas cloud harvester I cannot be activated as it requires access to resources and/or skills which 1 modules of the same purpose are already using up"

she is trained in lvl 2 gas mining and has no issues on power/cpu


plz help...

problem is fixed, just had to wait more time after the gas training was done.
