WTS C3 with hi-sec static, good PI opportunities [SOLD]

Selling a C3 with hisec static, no effect, good PI opportunities. System is J130835, and it has following planets:

- 1x Barren
- 2x Lava
- 1x Storm
- 2x Ice
- A few gas giants

As a C3, doing the anomalies are pretty good isk as well. The system has a cold POS in it, and pocos are unfortunately not transferrable (currently they have 10% tax rate).

Asking 1 billion, but offers are also considered.
