4B collateralized loan - filled

Styx Saken agreed to lend Doosan Space Ventures 4B on a fully collateralized note at 3% interest paid monthly for up to 3 months.

I confirm that I am holding appropriate collateral, which has been contracted back to Doosan for 4.12 B (principal + 3 % interest).

The first interest payment of 120 M is due July 29. The second interest payment is due August 29.

The principal and final interest payment are due on September 29. The loan may be paid back early any time before then.

I have received the July interest payment (slightly early, in connection with some mutually agreed changes to the collateral).
