I tried to fit the Pacifier and also the Enforcer with PyFa, and... No Way Jose, I just can't fit them. Basically they miss a slot on each level with more CPU and Power. They have awful DPS, crap tank and finally I got to the conclusion that they are only good for storing in your hangar, Scam contracts in Jita, and spinning them around in station because they look good.

So, I make a distress call to all bitter-vets reading this and helping me finding out: WHAT THE HECK ARE THE CONCORD SHIPS GOOD FOR ?

This just in... free ships suck.

You may as well complain that an Ibis cannot be viably used for anything.

It's cheap, its a good scout ship, its ugly and you don't care loosing it. So it's better than a Pacifier.

The little one can kill a single rep astero and is quite fast. Something the people running relics in interceptors might like I guess. It could use 1k more ehp, atm it can get alpha'd trough reps by anything bigger than a 150 dps astero.

Cruiser can rep full shield in 1 cycle as long as it has charges, doesn't get alpha'd by asteros and brings in web and point to the table. It's something for a 3 man covert gang, or bigger one, where people aren't skilled enough to fly dedicated ships.

I wouldn't be surprised if CCP purposely made them like that so players would have to fit them with Faction / Deadspace mods.
