steamのEVEonlineのおま国はいつ解除されますか？

ネクソンがEVEonlineから撤退してから結構な時間が経ちましたが、steamのEVEonlineはいまだにリージョン規制がかかったままです

試しにSTEAMで新規垢を作ってみましたが、フリープレイは可能でした。
課金が出来ないって話なのかな～？
