Completely missing the sound in the game

Actually, the problem: completely missing the sound in the game (music, voice, environment, interface, etc.)

In all, absolutely all games, programs, settings - the sound is present in full volume, provided by the developers. Even through a virtual machine.
In EVE - there is NO sound

What I tried to do:
- I thoroughly studied the whole forum and tips
- Turned on, off, and again included the sound flag in the game, with the restart of the game
- Completely deleted and re-installed the game
- Completely deleted and reinstalled the audio driver
- I tried to force it in an INI file
- In the volume mixer during the game all inclusive

Does not work

Computer configuration:
Win10 x64, DX12, all new drivers updated
System Memory - 4096 MB
Motherboard Chipset - AMD 890GX, AMD K10
Video Adapter - AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series (2048 MB)
Audio Adapter - High Definition Audio Bus [1002-AAB0] [NoDB] Realtek ALC892
