Seems those are Ore sites that periodically spawn in sovereign nullsec systems that contain an active Ore Prospecting Array. The Uniwiki links below list the types of Ore and the quantity of Ore found in each site. However they don't list the amount of Asteroids for each Ore type, probably due to the game randomly spawning different sizes of asteroids.
