If we we have our own Citadel/Engineering Complex, and/or NPC...we should be able to dictate the launchpad to send it to that destination.

People can intercept it and blow it up to steal the Planetary resources, as the vessel launched from the Planet travels fairly slowly(i.e. energy in capacitor to warp, then rest to recharge, then warp, until it reaches its destination). The upside, for the owner is that No Payment to other people's customs' offices if done in this manner.

No, you don't get to circumvent the tax system on PI by putting a Citadel in the system.

If you want to avoid paying taxes then either blow up the Custom's Office and replace it with your own, negotiate with the owners, or use the default launches that are severely capacity limited and have to be picked up in space.

In any case transporting PI isn't something that should be done by AI anyways. Any idea that amounts to "Make an NPC do something a player should be doing" isn't going to fly well.

It has been a while since we've seen one of your "ideas". Just as stupid as the rest.

I will however hijack this thread to say that courier contracts should be allowed to be sourced from the POCOs.

Npc moving assets: never never never never never never never never never never.


On a similar note. It might be interesting to allow more than one customs office per planet.

I'm not sure that it would be.

Odds are most people would simply ignore the other POCO, or compete and offer lower tax rates. It's kind of annoying bashing POCOs.
