recovering my main account

Hello-

I have been out of the game for 7+ years, and have decided to come back. I have access to my alt (this account), but for some reason I setup my main on an AT&T email account that was tied to my old internet account. I do not have that email anymore. I have opened a ticket and after answering all the requested questions. I was then told the following:

"I will now move this request for review. Please note there may be a delay in responding to this ticket and as such your patience is appreciated"

That is going on a week ago... what would be a normal wait time for something like this? All emails I have sent over the last few days have not been answered.The first contact emails were fairly quick.

2 weeks is still typical, I think.

They've just pushed out a patch that included Project Discovery that had a bug and needed to be patched today, so they may be somewhat busy with fixing the bugs.

At the same time, they are very careful with account issues; if you have any extra proof, like if you can confirm the CC number or payment type that you had at the time, that would be the type of information that only the legitimate account owner would know, and may expedite the process.

I'm not even totally remembering the email account name. It was an email that my ISP gave me. I was paying for my accounts with Plexs the last few months, and I change credit cards every few months. Plus, how many people remember stuff from 7 years ago. Funny thing Is I can tell you the ship I was in and I got a good idea of the null sec system too.

Well, don't tell me, tell them in the petition. I believe you can update it if you log in into the support website.
