Best 3rd party program for checking APIs

What is currently the best program out there for checking APIs for skills? Is Evemon still a thing?

Yes EveMon is still a thing, I have it active on my computer.

However I think for checking character skills Eveboard is good, let's you see quite a bit about the character at a glance. Course the character will have to create an account there.
