Excellent for solo pve, mining fleets, manufacturing, relic sites, etc. HS static
Custom's offices, 1 Astrahus and an Orca are in the hole as well.

Rent is due each month or face eviction.
If you want to use the manufacturing plant or the reprocessing plant you must bring your own fuels.
The Raitaru has the 0.0 t1 ore rig (ark, bistot, crokite, etc.) so refine on top quality ores will be at or around 60-67.5%+ depending on your skills too.
