Immediate restart after declining L4 epic arc mission?

I started doing the faction L4 epic arc mission. E.g. Gallente's Syndication. And I quite enjoy the variety and change of pace from the usual.

So, instead of doing each epic arc and then waiting 3 months to do them again, can I simply decline the last mission and immediately restart the arc? Or do I still incur a 3 months wait?

According to this guide: https://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Syndication#Requirements, it says we can quit mission at any step and restart immediately from step 2. Is this still true?

P.S.
There are 4 empire faction L4 epic arcs, and 2 pirate epic arcs, all with nice reward at the end. So I might not do this after all. But still, I would like to know if it is true that we can restart immediately after quitting.

Huh. No idea. With the rewards at the end of the epic arcs I would be a bit surprised if many people had not completed them in order to repeat all but the end mission sooner even if that might be possible.

Just in case you didn't know, it is quite possible to develop your standings to where you can do all 4 hisec empire lvl4 epic arcs (Amarr, Caldari, Gallente, Minmatar). Because the empires are grouped into two sets of allies (Minmatar / Gallente and Amarr / Caldari) doing missions for one ally will give you a little positive standings with the other ally in that two-faction ally group. The other ally group's epic arcs can be done because one can start an epic arc by having sufficient standings with the starting agent's corporation rather than faction.

The "faction standings repair plan" can help greatly in balancing your...faction standings.

Thanks. Yeah, I think I will just go do all the 4 empire epic arcs and then attempt the 2 pirate epic arcs, instead of repeating one. The big payout at the end is very enticing too. :p

If you decline the last mission of the epic arc it won't send you back to the start. It will simply keep that mission offer available.

If you quit or fail the last mission or any mission in the epic arc, it will send you back to the beginning of that chapter, not back to the start of the arc.

All epic arc missions are divided into 3 chapters except for the level 1 SoE epic arc. That one has more chapters than all the other arcs.

Well, then I guess now I've found a great way to farm caldari navy tags through the Guristas epic arc.

Yeah, along with farming negative faction standing hits as well.
