I kept a couple back as souvenirs. They'll sit in my hangar container along with all the other 'novelty' items I've got that have no actual function. Like those AT trading cards!

Because they are on the market because a player put them there, and CCP isn't going to interfere with that.

Actually people cant put stuff to market unless CCP makes the item "marketable" :)
