NOOB Omega upgrade question

If I upgrade from Alpha to Omega, will that affect just this character or my entire account?? Will all three character slots on my account be Omega? I understand I may only train one at a time unless I pay extra...

Going "Omega" affects all character slots on the account.

How did you Veterans start?
