I can not find any hard numbers on what it cost a corp/alliance to Declare War on another corp/alliance. Does anyone have that information? What is cost for each additional Declaration of War?

What if the Alliance that declared War has 50 to 100 other Wars active?

The number of active wars does not influence the price. (But that they can pay 2,5+ Billion ISK to keep their wars going might tell you something about the size of your "problem".)

Other way around: If they didn't wardeck you (in that case you can fight them for free) the next cheaper option would be assisting someone else in an "open for all" war against your enemy.
